How I feel before hCG

This post is more for my benefit than anything. I want to be able to look back and see how I changed physically and emotionally. (Can you tell I have high hopes for this diet! )
Before hCG:


aching back
pain in knees when walking up stairs
pain in feet
sweating in between rolls of fat (gross!)
bad posture
bloated
haven't worn shorts in years
sleeveless shirts embarrass me because of my fat, flabby arms
don't enjoy shopping for myself
don't feel sexy AT ALL
hate pictures
always wear black or brown
